Being that I have made the bulk of my money over the past several years in the Asian niche (online, dvd, broadcast, ppv and vod), I have to agree with some of what AsianDivaGirlsWebDude said IF you want to come off as an authentic site and get a lot of Japanese customers.
With that said, in my experience Japanese customers are some of the best rebillers in the WORLD!!! We have many Japanese customers who have rebilled with some of our sites for 2+ years. You just can't beat that anywhere. So I would at the very least try not to offend them even if they are often racists themselves and have an elitist attitude towards the rest of the world. If sales are the bottom line, don't offend them.
When it comes to Americans and Europeans, fuck us, we will buy almost anything UNLESS they are true Asiafiles. If the latter is the case the Chinese girl in the header is a give away that the site may not be authentic.
To the average Joe, it's a fantastic looking site and all Asians look alike anyway.
Kudos on getting your hands on Japanese content. It's not easy to come by. With a few tweaks I think this will be a killer site. If anyone there wants to shoot the shit offline about how to help tweak it, hit me up, I have a lot of experience selling both Japanese and Thai content. My Thai sites, even though they are older ALWAYS convert under 1:400 and our Japanese site was at around 1:450 until the Chinese got ahold of us. God damn commie mutha fuckas.
Tweak that shit and rake it in man. I personally think the Asian nich is the best.
