Here in Oregon (and local laws apply, so this may not work for you), as long as a camera is rolling and the model isn't performing sex for the enjoyment of anyone present, and as long as she has signed a release, it can't be prosecuted for solicitation or prostitution. Or at least that's my understanding. (I'm not an attorney, and you should consult a local attorney for an opinion...In case you hadn't noticed, we are webmasters not lawyers here.)
