Im sure there is. Just would need a moisture sensor, or even like a flap mounted to a switch with a float that dips into the tub. Sort of like a gastank float that gives you your reading on your gas gauge. Wouldnt be hard to rig something that you could hook into a strobe light etc to make it obvious the tub was close to overflow.
