Hal, a few comments/suggestions...with a little rant thrown in, since your site hit a raw nerve in me (a personal note: I lived in Japan for five years, still travel there frequently, and my wife is Japanese).
First, you have a Chinese American woman pictured at the top of your site's splash page (and on tour pages). Many English speaking people with an active interest in the Asian niche (whom I assume is your primary target audience) will recognize her immediately as Evelyn Lin (she's one of the biggest porn actresses in the niche). This might cause them to assume that your site is just another one of the knock-off Asian sites with little actual exclusive content (lots of those in the Asian niche).

Another issue which may cost you some sales, is the usage of the Kyokujitsu-ki flag:
In case you were unaware, that is the military flag of the Japanese Navy. It was used by the Imperial Navy during WWII to reflect the Rising Sun (the red disc on the Japanese national flag), stretching out in all directions.
It had very negative imperialist connotations throughout Asia, and was banned for several years after WWII. Many people still have issues with this flag (considering it akin to a Nazi swastika), althought the Japanese Naval Self-Defense Force has re-adopted it.
I personally am offended that FlashCash chose to name the site, Fuck Japan. It sounds like a declarative statement. Japan Fuck, or almost anything else would have been better. As it stands, it sounds racist to me. It would be like naming a site Fuck America, with a Confederate flag, a swastika, or a Soviet star, hammer and sickle, superimposed on the US flag.
I'm also pretty sure the Japanese Navy would take offense at your logo, which consists of your site name, Fuck Japan, splashed over their Ensign (flag), but perhaps FlashCash doesn't care.
Finally, some of the text is patently offensive:
"Horny Jap Pussies Get Stuffed!"
I would assume that you know "Jap" is a racist term.
Of all people, I would have expected more sensitivity from you Hal, although perhaps you had nothing to do with this branding and marketing.
I still love you man, but I will love you more if you can convince your company to make a few changes to the FJ site design, if not come up with an entirely different name.
