Just a speculation here, but the MO on these kinds of scammers is to run the company through a shell corp of lawyers in some country like Hong Kong to give themselves that barrier of protection.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is the same situation at all. Hell is might be kimball (megarotic) now trying to take over the review market too. Hell if you can steal content, why can't you steal reviews too.
