The chances of you get busted for even nailin' a hooker is VERY slim. I wouldn't worry about it unless you're pickin' up oiff the street corner...than it could be an undercover, but an escort outta the book wouldn't be a problem at all.
And for Nasty Jack...you could always tell the cop that she's just company for the evening & you were takin' some pics. There's nothing illegal about that.
