No mine has to do with auto overlaying a watermark for each video downloaded. Where it puts a code right on the video itself. Code would be able to be traced back to the member that downloaded the video. Go after the person that released the video into the wild. Could be my idea wont work, but my point is that is where the focus needs to be. We cant do a system where the end user needs to do something special to watch or save the video. Ok thats fine. What if we do a system where anyone caught releasing copyrighted material gets either sued or a system is worked out with the processors where people get blackballed from buying porn if caught sharing? More than one way (yes Im using a cat analogy again) to skin a cat. If some of the companies that have non compete upsells would put their focus on this it could be quite lucrative. Say a webcam or dating program developed such a tool and gave it away free with the provision that the members area using it must have an upsell for their product.
