Are there any 3rd party CC processors that handle transactions for tangible products such as content? Instant downloads after payment and/or shipment of actual CDs. Large dollar amount sales...

i.e. if I wanted to open a content store. I need a processor and want to avoid the hassle of getting a merchant account.
