If someone is on Welfare, and does not work, they should not be allowed to have kids?

There is now a form of birth control that you can inject a woman with that will last a couple months, they should have to keep getting it to keep getting checks, so we are not financing the underclass.

They should also not be allowed to vote in an election if they have not woked for 10 month out of the proceeding 12.

I also feel that federal insurance should not pay for flood damaged homes to be rebuilt in the same spot, rather the person is given the money and told to rebuild in a non-flood zone.

I wonder how this will go over?
