We used to sell the Peter North pills at one of the adult bookstores I ran, and they were garbage. What used to crack me up is all of those penis pills we used to sell would find some fancy way to list "spurious" and "placebo" in the ingredients or on the package somewhere, which means they are fake. I remember one of the packages used to say "Spurious Placebum Strength" or some other crazy Latin way of saying it.
Anyways, the water thing definitely helps, as does eating a lot of leafy, green vegetables...
