My son signed up with them as I have an account with them and they have been pretty good with me. He payed using paypal had his account set up uploaded his mafiagaming script dumped all the tables in the data base and had his website up and running. He had eight signed up people who were playing/testing the script and we were both modyfying it when poof the site has been suspended. My son then gets an email saying he has to send ID to prevent fraud. He gets on to Live support and all they say is sorry for the inconvience but this has to be done and he can either phone them or scan His ID and send it to them. So he does this, and also posts on thier forum saying it is bad business to let somebody pay for an account set up a website only to have it suspended for no reason and without any prior notice. They then delete the post from the forum and after sending them the ID have still not heard anything back from them regarding the account. What a fucking total waste of my sons time and my own. I can understand them wanting to prevent fraud but why wait until payment has been sent and the website installed. A total baffling way to treat customers
