Looking forward to your results, from my experience they are good for links (in case they don't link trough the script itself and have actual hardlinks) but rarely send much traffic...unfortunately some people do automated mass submissions, they do it on a very large, spammy scale.
The standard captchas used by those scripts suck big time, way too easy to break.
