America is one of the most sexually repressed free nations in the world. He have high ranking governement officals being fired for encoraging masturbation, schools losing funding for teaching anything but abstanace, and shut down programs that give condoms to school children for fear that it some how encourages sex. Its really no wonder we have the highest teen pregnacy rates and std rates in the free world too. Every kid in high school is either 1) having sex or 2) wants to have sex... might as well make them informed instead of going out and spreading stds and making babies.
