I wonder what leverage webmasters have if/when an affiliate program doesn't pay up? Other than having their reputation tarnished, Im not sure what steps webmasters can take to reclaim their earnings?
I took a $7k hit from GloBill a few years back as did many other webmasters - the owners just sailed off.
