I've recently setup a tube site at
www.streamsexvidz.com and now am looking for sponsors that would either fill the site up with promo content (short vids of 1-10 minutes) or would give access to their promotional video tools.
The latter option would mean that I'd have to use my own ref url on the site.
It's been a pain in the ass deleting all of the copyrighted content though.
Once I have couple of hundred videos I'll start promoting the site and make an aggressive SEO campaign.
