If the funds from the sender were loaded fraudulently then epass reverses the p2p transaction and the receiver (usually) loses.
Not saying you'll necessarily do that, but it can be a risk. The aggregate profit from doing a bunch of transfers could be wiped out by a single fraudulent transaction that gets reversed, and that risk increases with the size of the transaction.
