Where the hell did you dig those numbers up from ??? The US is CONSTANTLY giving out MILLIONS of dollars left and right. I'm sure that we gave out more than $30 million in a years time.
Fuck, the US can't even borrow money to contries without being generous about it. I think that it was South Africa that we LOANED 10 million dollars to, then came back and said "Don't worry about it". I wish that they'd loan that money to me, ha ha ha.
As far as my comments go, I wasn't saying that we're the only country that helps out others, BUT we're one of the biggest while there are some countries that don't give what they could.
PLUS, people don't realize all of the millions of dollars we spend having our forces all over the world, do you see Canadian troops stationed all around like the US's troops ??? How many Canadian troops are in Iraq right now ??? I'm sure that there's a hell of a lot more US troops there. I think that it's charity when we're putting our lives and money on the line.
