Need multiple designers who can work on the following:
- complete custom vBulletin skins, customizing every page/graphic/option to suit our needs. Ability to install and configure external plugins for vBulletin is a plus, but not a requirement.
- complete custom WordPress themes, customizing every page/graphic/option to suit our needs. External plugins may also require customization depending on the plugin.
