No, you can't. Teens don't tell their parents everything, and they certainly don't tell random 37 year old men everything. To even think you can gauge what is on the minds of "just about anyone" is ridiculous, no matter your age.

And where did I say teen girls don't want sex? They certainly do, but they most often also have somewhat different attitudes towards sex than male teens. They tend to consider relationships more important, as well as the person they're having sex with. Guys, on the other hand, tend to be willing to have sex with just about anything that looks attractive and is willing to have sex with them.
Also, your choice of example is interesting. I happen to be from country with a lower age of consent, more sexual education, opener attitudes towards sex, and on top of all that, much, much lower teen pregnancy rates.
