Great credit card mystery of 2003 solved.

It wasn't iBill.
It wasn't ccBill.
It wasn't EPOCH.
It wasn't WSB.
It wasn't Jettis.
It wasn't your mom.

That is unless your mom is Data Processors International and she lives in Omaha.

Credit card scam: eight million numbers snatched
February 20 2003

A hacker who accessed up to eight million credit card numbers in the USA apparently did so by breaking into a computer system at a company handling transactions for catalogue companies and other direct marketers.

Data Processors International, based in Omaha, said today that "an unauthorised outside party" had tapped into its computer system, prompting a criminal investigation.
