so in that case they provide a service to those that cannot afford any better...but the reality is that most Americans whether they can afford it or not want cheaper items, and when I was living in Cali and went to a Walmart it wasnt just the "down on their luck" families shopping there...you got all kinds from all income levels.
Im not an advocate of Walmart but putting the balme on them soley is kinda laughable, yeah they have some shady tactics...but a lot of major coporations do...it's the way they run their businesses and get the bottom line they want...it may not be right but thats just how it is. Blame has to be put on consumers as well for constantly demanding lower prices and therfore allowing places like Walmart to thrive.
