SKY GROUP FINANCIAL BACKGROUND- Founded in 2007
- Current fund size is $10,000,000 USD
- Minimum investment into the fund is $50,000 USD
- Minimum investment commitment of one (1) year
- No hidden fees, setup fees, introduction or exit fees
- The fund's banking is done with Banco Nacional of Costa Rica, which is a national bank, not a private bank, and money deposited is guaranteed by the government
- Thirty dollar ($30) wire transfer fee applies
SECURITY AND GUARANTEE- Fund is guaranteed by real estate properties in Costa Rica, valued 60% higher than fund value
- This real estate collateral is help by an independant trust guaranteeing by contract, the interest of the investor. This contract is signed by The Trust, The Investor and The Fund. No assets can be sold before the interest and capital is returned to The Investor
- Minimum investment commitment is 12 months, with investment capital returned at the end of the year
- Independant auditing is done by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu
- Fund is registered with SUGEF (Superintendant General of Financial Entities, Costa Rica)
- Online management gives investors 24/7 access to their online portfolio. All real estate assets held by The Trust as security guarantee are listed
- Investors receive their interest payments monthly through wire transfer to any financial institution of their choice
