I also have sleep apnea, never bought the cpap because I couldn't imagine sleeping with something strapped to my head.
I tried a 'special' pillow sold at brookstone that says it helps apnea by changing the head position during sleep. Took some getting used to, didn't notice a difference and neither did the wife in her grading the snoring or pauses in breathing she sometimes hears..
