All the best pickups I've had have stemmed from telling them that they are dumbshit chicks and not worth my time. Of course you're going to have to establish some type of playful dialog to begin with, it doesn't work just walking up to some girl at the bar and telling her you think she's a stupid bimbo. You have to lead into it.

Laugh at them, playfully tell them 'there's not a woman on earth with a brain in her head', 'all girls are the same. dumb golddigging airheads', etc etc. Tell her she is lesser than you and laugh about it as you do so. They will almost surely have some smart snapback, tell them it wasn't that smart and continue to toy with them. Instantly they feel the need to prove that they're different from the other girls, and prove that you do need them. Thus proving that they are in fact dumbshit airheads. Any intelligent women will tell you you're an idiot and walk away when you start trying to cut her down, but not your average college aged girl...

Get a buddy and head out to shoot pool, find a couple girlfriends together and get going with some doubles. Joke around a bit, playfully take a couple cheap jabs at their pool ability. They'll surely take a jab back at you, reply with an "oh, so you think you're pretty smart now now huh?" you're already on your way...
