www.exmasters.com and more then happy! I started with a virtual plan but it coudnt take the load of my site, so they switched me to a managed dedicated for free. The dedicated also coudnt handle it so they set up another pair of 2GB Ram for free!
I have their support and ownership in icq and if something goes wrong they fix it within minutes! Thats hosting
