Anyway I forgot to give her mine. and i was too hungover in the morning to think about anything

anyway she was easily the nicest girl of the whole trip and all I remembered was her name and university, so I searched for it on facebook and I think I found her. Just wondering should I send her a message saying hey i found you by searching for your name and university and how are you etc, or should I just drop it, forget it and move on. My brain is telling me to do both.

I dont want to come off like a freak that i was searching for her via the net.

You are over analyzing the situation. Why would you not add her?
Do you know how many random strangers add people to their profiles hoping to meet them? I would ignore the random one, but would not ignore someone I met on a 'holiday'. Just add & say hi.
