For me, it always depended what I wanted out of the deal.
If I had just gotten out of a relationship, all I needed was a smokin' bod.
But, after a bit of that... especially later on, I always desired something a little more stable, so intelligence and sense of humor would become more important.... with a smokin' bod always being a bonus. ;-)
