She is obviously using the word "racing" in place of the word "speeding". As I said before, there is a big difference between speeding and racing. A car in front of her got pulled over for speeding. She wasn't actually racing that car.
130 km/h on a 100 series highway is in no way, shape or form RACING.

I was responding to the above post regarding racing, that's why i said racing speeds are now limited to 150.
Would somebody doing say 170 be considered racing if he was basically by himself on the highway? I think not. Racing is when two or more people compete with each other and that can be at any speed
