She is obviously using the word "racing" in place of the word "speeding". As I said before, there is a big difference between speeding and racing. A car in front of her got pulled over for speeding. She wasn't actually racing that car.
130 km/h on a 100 series highway is in no way, shape or form RACING.

You intentionally keep missing the point that she stated herself,
she was IN AND OUT of traffic, RACING. Speeding is one thing, everyone speeds, to say they don't, they are lying.
Cutting IN AND OUT of traffic racing someone, EVEN IF THEY ARE DOWING 130kph is still fucking idiotic and dangerous.
Sorry, everyone speeds, but driving like an asshole puts everyone on the road lives in danger.
