Being such a melting pot there are tons of places where you can get good food from other countries (see: Mexican in AZ
). Hell, probably ALL of our food has a base somewhere besides the US.
A lot of "American food" is junk though - no way about it. And you might as well enjoy a Twinkie if you can't get one where you live!
