If the Courts say she is 22 now and spring break is during this time, by my math she is 17 during those GGW videos. I am not a lawyer but a minor can not give consent to release their image for publication or use, and on a GGW bus or hotel is hardly considered a public place. The next question I have by posting the promo of her with "more available inside for $29.99" are they not exposing the company and possibly its affiliates to civil lawsuits for misrepresenting or false advertising????
