You are just listening to what the "girl's' lawyer is saying. It's no big secret girls use fake ID's and I'm pretty sure they aren't dumb enough to get a release signed by a known minor. Much less film full feature videos that they know they can't use.
Considering this girl is a fucking hooker now. it's pretty safe to say she likely didn't have any issues misrepresenting her self when she was younger. While it's still legally his fault the girl is likely a fucking lying trap who had a fake ID.
Not to stick up for the GGW moron, but girls can get fake ID's pretty damn easy. Yet we are somehow responsible to figure out if they are fake or not and held legally responsible if they lie.
