well to make mustard gas it is very easy:

here is how to do.

burn sulfur into chlorine:

you get SCl2

then react the SCl2 with ethylen:

C2H4 + SCl2 ---> Cl-S-CH2-CH2-S-Cl

And you have mustard gas....
