Yeah its pretty poor service. Ive been in touch with them and im confident that they are working on getting this done....
I think theyre struggling with figuring out the new system and how everything works so thats why im posting here. I have been in touch though and ill contact them and try and get them here to answer you.
In the mean time you might consider phoning Cashring on the number in the FAQ and try speaking to your account rep or Jennyfer.
