Until you start getting 100 or more of them a day, with your regular mail that isn't spam mixed in between them. And even having anti-spam software doesn't always cut down on it enough. Then never try to remove your self, because the second you do, they know your email is being seen by a red-blooded human being, and may remove you from THAT list, but only to put you in ANOTHER list. Fuck that.
So it could be fuckin frustrating after a while... especially if you have say 50 different domains, with 50 different emails to check..

I've never had that problem, every time I get on some list I remove myself and never hear back.
