Sometimes emails get lost. I usually send one email and then follow up with ICQ or a phone call a few days later if no response. It would be a good idea to hit them up on ICQ or via phone and get it resolved.
The response in Jan shows that someone saw it but it looks like it might have slipped through the cracks. Stuff like that happens.
Let us know how it turns out, a lot of us are watching.
I have a feeling you will get your money unless you did something fraudulent. It wouldn't make sense for them to ruin their rep over a measily $150.
