1. He forgot to bring a video camera.
2. He forgot to turn it on.
3. He forgot the batteries.
4. Video cameras do not work around the possessed.
5. The back up still camera malfunctioned.
6. The back up still cameraman forgot to remove lens cap.
7. They forgot film.
8. Nobody got a signed release and the tape was destroyed along with any film.
9. The film and tapes were mailed off to the Vatican for review yet never made it and no backups were ever made.
10. Somebodies grandmother died and during the funeral they accidently recorded over the event.
