The only value you bring to this deal is the half the difference between what you spent and what you require as investment. Say you have invested exactly $350,000 into your business. Half of this amount is $175,000. Say you were asking $150,000. Since you are not adding value anywhere else (running the website, traffic etc...), the only value you add to the deal is $25,000. For all the work and risk for this investor, it does not sound like a good deal...
