Who has movies for sale that I can use on tube sites for promotion?

I want to be able to cut the movies into whatever sizes I want. Not this can only use 20% crap of the video.

If i want a 5min clip or a 1min clip or a 40min clip I want to be able to do that.

Who's got it for sale?
