it seems like i go to the gym for one or two months, eat fairly healthy, do the whole protein/supplement thing, drink plenty of water, get appropriate sleep, etc and then i fall off the wagon completely. i'll stop going for three weeks and be right back where I started.
Any tips on getting my head in the game?
I think for me its the fact that I'm pretty happy with the way I look, so I don't necessarily NEED to be in the gym but deep down I know I'd be even better with more muscle (who wouldnt).
I also think its a time restraint thing in between working on shit, college in general, having a social life, etc.
Anyways, what drives you to get in there everyday? All tips appreciated.
