I am an adoptive parent of 2 kids whose whore mother used meth while she was pregnant with them. She really fucked up their lives and continues to fuck up her own. I agree that people should have to pass a psych eval and a written test to have kids. If you fail- you are not qualified as a parent. I don't give a shit about peoples rights to have kids. Its a total crock of shit. If you can't feed em... don't breed em. People SUCK!
