The fact is you can call yourself a gimp..and you and your gimp friends can call each other gimp...you are taking power over that word and now control it.
Same as with black people calling each other ******...niggah..etc.
However when some mongoloid is being mainstreamed into the local school system you aren't going to see him and his mongoloid buddies walking around saying things like..."me and my tards are going to go and kick it on the playground."
