Personally, if a guy is really funny and has a great personality, they become much more attractive. Take Will Ferrell or Jack Black. They aren't good looking guys to say the least, but I would want to date one of them over a guy that is dull and serious and very good looking. Of course, having a guy who is funny, smart, and decent looking is even better:-)
