It's one of people's pet peeves I must say. Particularly to people who treat things for high professionalism. The language proficiency.
Yeah, I must agree with John that it's not their fault since it's not their native language but they can always do their best to study the right use of those three. And of course not only those but other grammatical errors that they do commit.
*sigh* There are some smart-aleck here who claims to know everything but do they understand where these foreigners coming from. I myself is not a native English speaker but I can speak with proficiency without committing those errors. lol *sorry for the modesty...
Well anyway, i still believe that as long as people deliver their thoughts with clarity, disregarding the errors, all is fine...
