I know that currently you are not really doing this for the SEO value, but you might as well get the easy stuff done in the beginning before you go too far.

That being said, go to Options >> Permalinks and set to Structure: /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

That will include your post title in the blog link so http://www.thewhorewhisperer.com/?p=6 will turn out like http://www.thewhorewhisperer.com/200...g-my-smart-on/

Then you can use keywords in your title and the spiders will love you.

Also, go get http://wp.uberdose.com/2007/03/24/all-in-one-seo-pack/
