From the adultworker.com website. I don't know where they're operating from, but I'm not thinking it's here in the states or Europe.
Level 1 employee
$4.40/hour
Saturdays: $6.60/hour
Sundays: $8.80/hour
Late Night: Add 20%
I'd say that's a pretty good deal, and you're not going to beat it anywhere. Especially if you want to outsource. Major companies do it all the time. The US and European workers won't work for those wages...so send it south of the border. If it works, it works.
