One of my good friends works for Merck in the HIV division. HE says that Vegas has a HIV/AIDS epidemic. More so than places like Sanfran or LA where you would think there would be more of a problem.

Not sure if this place helped create this epidemic. But of all places in the US, Vegas would be the worst place you'd want recycled-reused syringes in your arm or a loved one's arm.
