I'm saying that ccbill is not doing this directly but website owners are getting the list of emails from ccbill possibly. I guess that if I wanted to lookup possible ccbill accounts from the spam I could do so but would take up too much of my time.
I was just asking if anyone noticed this like I. Today I changed my email addresses again from the free yahoo account to my mail.com account and notice 3 spam messages already. Clearly I see a pattern here but don't take my word for it, sign up to mail.com (it's free) and then change your primary email address for each ccbill aff. program then you be the judge.
Don't get me wrong I love ccbill, they are the most reliable company on the net and have been around forever. But I have a feeling they are selling off emails to spammers and this isn't cool!. But like I said don't take my word for it, try it yourself and see. Change 10 of your accounts to an email address you don't get spam at and you be the judge.

Yes when you join a ccbill program the sponsor gets your email address. This is normal. One of them might be spamming you. But I can hardly blame ccbill for that happening.
Am I just not understanding what you are saying here?
