well I had already emptied out the account before this happened and i'm only waiting on a $35 echeck to clear.
I turned the dispute into a claim and sent paypal the email to the client that the project was done, in the email itself contained a link the the finished project as well as comments clearly stating "if you want to change anything, please let me know, my revisions are free." he didn't respond.
