This morning I'm checking my email when I get one from paypal by a client I did work for like 2 or 3 weeks ago who "claimed" they never received the site design. I just escalated the dispute to a claim since the thing is done and I refuse to let this jerk rip me off for work that was completed.
any advice on what I can do or is paypal basically going to screw me.
